Central European Media expects to increase revenue in Ukraine to USD 500 mln by 2012

Central European Media (CETV US: N/R), Ukraine’s second largest TV group and owner of Ukrainian TV stations 1+1, Kino and Citi, said today that it expects revenue and EBITDA from operations in Ukraine to reach USD 500 mln and USD 200 mln, respectively, by 2012. In 1H08, the company posted overall net revenues of USD 528.9 mln (+45% yoy); EBITDA of USD 207.8 mln (+64% yoy); and net income of USD 82.5 mln (+58.4% yoy). From its operations in Ukraine in 2007, the company earned USD 128 mln in sales and USD 20.2 mln in EBITDA.
