Sumykhimprom Increases Fertilizer Capacities.

Ukraine’s major producer of titanium dioxide and phosphate fertilizers (100% state-owned) has increased capacities in its workshop for the production of compound fertilizers by 20% or 55,000 tons to 330,000 tons annually. The company intends to produce 320,000 tons of fertilizers in this workshop in 2005. Concorde Capital: Compound fertilizer output was 355,900 tons in 2004 or 278.7% growth yoy, due to increasing internal demand. Sumykhimprom is the country’s largest producer of this type of fertilizer.
