XXI Century starts mixed use project in Lviv

XXI Century Investments (XXIC LN: BUY) announced today it has received a construction permit for a mixed use project in Lviv, which will have a total area of 88,440 m2. The building’s commissioning is planned for 2010. Alexander Romanov: The news is neutral for the company’s stock price. Construction started in line with the company’s previously announced schedule. The total project has expected CapEx of USD ~70 mln and attractive yield on cost of 27%.
