Galnaftogaz Announces 2005 IFRS Financials.

According to a Galnaftogaz (GLNG) press release, assets came to UAH 827.1m ($163.8 m), net revenues – UAH 1.9 bn ($0.38 bn), EBITDA – UAH 90.8 m ($17.7m), net income – UAH 40.5m ($7.9m), shareholders capital – UAH 313.4m ($62m). Ernst & Young audited. Vladimir Nesterenko: The numbers brought no surprises and should not significantly change the way the market perceives Galnaftogaz stock. The IFRS figures do not materially differ from the local financial reports issued earlier this year. For example, IFRS EBITDA is only $350 ths higher than reported according to local accounting standards (UAH 89m or about $17.4m).
