Kyivenergo AGM fails to convene through lack of register

Kyivenergo (KIEN: HOLD) AGM didn’t take place yesterday because the lack of shareholders’ register, which wasn’t provided by the company’s registrar Ukrnaftogaz. The AGM’s agenda included electing new members to the supervisory and management boards, auditing committee; distribution of 2007 net income; and changes to the company’s charter. One more item in the AGM’s agenda concerned replacement of the company’s registrar.
