Latvian bank Trasta Komercbanka said yesterday it has bought a 9.0% stake in Ukraine’s Misto Bank and a 100% stake in Rolvenden Standart, a 41.0% shareholder in Misto Bank. Trasta Komercbanka entered the Ukrainian market in 2003, when it opened a representative office in Kyiv.
