Fitch Assigns B Prior Rating To USD 100 mln Euronotes Issued To Stirol.

The euronotes will be issued by UkrChem Capital B.V. to finance a loan to Stirol (STIR: BUY). Earlier Moody’s rated the notes at P(B3). Concorde Capital: Stirol plans to use the proceeds to finance its USD 150 mln CapEx program in 2005-07.
