Finance & Credit Consolidates Stake in AvtoKrAZ

According to UNIAN, Mega Motors sold their entire stake in AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ: HOLD), which they held on January 1, 2007 (17.84% of shares). Changes to AvtoKrAZ’s shareholder structure are believed to be part of Finance & Credit’s (AvtoKrAZ’s major shareholder) preparations for an IPO in the short-term (see our report of yesterday).
