No. 10 Bank Looks For Buyer.

Finance & Credit Bank, Ukraine’s 10th-biggest bank by assets ($960m as of April 1), is considering selling a stake to a strategic investor or launching an IPO. The bank’s chairman said he preferred the former option. He said the bank is currently being re-organized into an open joint stock company. Alexander Viktorov: With its extensive network of branches – 230 around the country – Finance & Credit Bank is an attractive acquisition target. The bank’s market capitalization could reach $400m-450m.
