XXI Century Plans Placements on Warsaw Stock Exchange and LSE

According to the press office of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, XXI Century (XXIC LN) is planning a placement in 2007, though further details were not disclosed. XXI Century could become the second Ukrainian company to list on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The President of XXI Century’s Board of Directors, Lev Partskhaladze confirmed plans for an additional listing in October or November this year in Warsaw and on the London Stock Exchange’s main market. Partskhaladze said the total stake offered at placement would be valued at more than USD 200 mln. XXI Century listed on London’s AIM in December 2005.
