Fixed-Line Telecom Tariffs Adjusted.

As of July 10, local tariffs will increase by 30%-35% while long-distance tariffs will decrease by 20%-70%. From Nov. 1, fixed-to-mobile tariffs will decrease by 20% and monthly fees for fixed-line phones will increase by 15%. Mobile operators are likely to decrease their long-distance tariffs in response.
