Megabank Approves 74% Share Capital Increase

At their AGM yesterday, shareholders in Megabank (MEGA: BUY) approved the results of the bank’s share capital increase of USD 16.8 mln (+74%) to USD 39.5 mln. Megabank is Ukraine’s 43rd largest bank by assets.
