Concorde Capital: The law on the privatization of UTEL was adopted in 2000, and is outdated. Its cancellation will establish a precedent to create a new law for the privatization of UTEL. Specifically, UTEL?s management plans to allocate 3.9% of the company on international stock exchanges, to learn how international investors will value the stock. This information will be used to set a privatization price. The current law on UTEL?s privatization does not allow for such an operation. We expect the current law on the company?s privatization will be cancelled, allowing UTEL?s management greater flexibility, and will allow the value of the company to improve.
