Intesa Sanpaolo finalizes acquisition of Pravex Bank

Intesa Sanpaolo announced yesterday it has finalized acquisition of a 100% stake in Ukraine’s Pravex Bank for EUR 493 mln (USD 778.9 mln). Pravex Bank is the country’s #28 largest bank, with total assets of USD 1.2 bln, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
