EastOne acquires Economica Publishing House

EastOne, controlled by Ukrainian businessman Viktor Pinchuk, announced yesterday it bought a controlling stake in the Economica Publishing House from Handelsblatt Publishing Group and Czech publisher Miroslav Pavel. Economica Publishing House puts out the weekly InvestGazeta, daily Delo, and quarterly TOP-100 titles. EastOne’s other media assets include: ICTV, STB and Novy TV Channels, M1 Music Channel and daily Facts & Comments.
