Mironovskiy Hliboproduct attracts USD 35 mln loan from ING

Mironivskiy Hliboproduct (MHPC LI: N/R) announced on Friday it has attracted a two-year USD 35 mln loan from ING Bank. The proceeds will be used to redeem the company’s local bonds. In August 2006 Druzhba Narodiv Nova, part of the MHP Group, placed two-year domestic bonds for UAH 200 mln (USD 41.2 mln) at 14%.
