The company will pay USD 0.2 mln as dividends, or USD 0.059 per share. A total USD 1.6 mln of net income will be used to clear the previous years? losses, and USD 0.42 mln will be used for the reserve fund. The company posted USD 35.6 mln in revenues, with a net margin of 6.2% in 2004.
