AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ: Buy) To Create Machine-Building Concern

The company wants to combine the logistical and technological processes of its automotive and railway machine-building facilities. The concern will include AvtoKrAZ, the holding company, and the Stakhanovsky Carriage-Building plant, in which AvtoKrAZ recently bought a controlling stake. AvtoKrAZ said the concern will cooperate closely with Luganskteplovoz (LTPL) and that it will transfer its holdings in Motor Sich (MSICH: Buy), Zaliv Ship-Building and Turbogaz, to the concern.
