Prykarpatoblenergo To Pay USD 0.2 mln In Dividends

At yesterday’s AGM, shareholders of Prykarpatoblenergo (PREN) approved the company’s 2006 financial results: net revenue of USD 92 mln (+15% yoy); EBITDA of USD 7.8 mln (+35%), net income of USD 0.7 mln (42x increase). Shareholders decided to pay 30% of Prykarpatoblenergo’s 2006 net income (USD 0.196 mln) as dividends, which represents USD 0.0019 per share, or a 0.05% dividend yield. The company’s management also announced it is planning to raise its net income 18% this year to USD 0.77 mln.
