Alexander Ryazanov, a top Gazprom executive, said the company would in future set gas prices for all CIS countries and the Baltics using the price of gas at the Polish-German border adjusted for the cost of transit. He also said RosUkrEnergo could start storing gas in Ukraine’s underground storage to ensure stable winter supplies.
