SPF Sells 0.072% of Ukrtelecom

At today’s privatization tender, the State Property Fund (SPF) placed three out of 40 lots of a 1% stake in Ukrtelecom (UTEL: HOLD) to two tender participants. Alexander Paraschiy: This was the first successful placement of Ukrtelecom (after five previous attempts). The placement price of USD 0.228 per share represents an 8% discount to yesterday’s mid-market closing price (USD 0.248).
