Zhytomyroblenergo AGM Results (ZHEN: HOLD)

ZHEN’sAGM decided to pay out USD 0.6 mn in dividends, or 15% of 2004 net income, and to issue bonds worth USD 3.3 mn. Concorde Capital:The dividends payout will amount to USD 0.005 per share, a yield of 1.3%. The terms of the bond issue have not yet been defined. ZHEN is one of the most successful energy companies in Ukraine, after being privatized in 2001. A 91.6% stake in the company is controlled by VS Energy.
