Yushchenko Strengthens Executive Office

President Viktor Yushchenko issued a directive giving the Presidential Cabinet, an executive office, more power to enforce Presidential Decrees, directives and requests. Concorde Capital:  It seems that the head of the Presidential Cabinet Oleksandr Tretyakov has successfully lobbied for more authority.  Tretyakov, who has a background in oil trading, has suggested the state create a vertically integrated oil company on the basis of Ukrnafta (UNAF: BUY).
