Prykarpatoblenergo to make USD 289.3 ths dividend payout

At their AGM yesterday, Prykarpatoblenergo (PREN: HOLD) shareholders voted to direct UAH 1.46 mln (USD 289.3 ths) or 30% of the company’s 2007 net income into dividends. DPS is USD 0.003, dividend yield 0.1%.
