Moody's Launches National Rating System For Ukraine.

24 May 2008

As part of the company’s efforts to increase its presence in Eastern Europe, Moody’s Rating Service has introduced a national scale rating system (NSR) for Ukraine. According to Moody’s this system will help provide greater differentiation among credits in Ukraine and improve transparency in the local credit market environment. Similar to Moody’s international ratings, the NSR system allows the ratings uaC to uaAaa to be assigned for local credit. Concorde Capital: In April of 2005 Standard & Poor’s rating service also introduced its national credit rating scale for Ukraine.
