Bohdan and VAZ Extend Collaboration Agreement to 2016

The Bohdan Corporation, which is the holding company for the Lutsk Automobile Plant (LUAZ) and Cherkasy Bus (CHBS), announced that it has prolonged a strategic agreement on collaboration with VAZ to 2016 and the creation of a single distribution network. The announcement was made during the opening of a new production line for VAZ automobiles in Cherkasy, which is capable of churning out 60 ths vehicles a year.
