Azot Cherkasy Fails To Hold AGM

Azot Cherkasy (AZOT: BUY) failed to hold its AGM this morning due to a lack of quorum, only about 40% of the company’s shareholders attended the meeting. AZOT is Ukraine’s second largest producer of nitrogen fertilizers.
