Luhanskteplovoz Negotiates With Russia For USD 40 mln Contract

According to government officials, Luhanskteplovoz (LTPL: HOLD) is negotiating a USD 40 mln (UAH 200 mln) contract to deliver railcars to Russia in 2007. In a controversial privatization by the State Property Fund in March, a majority stake in Luhanskteplovoz was sold to Braynsk Heavy Machinery, part of Russia’s Transmashholding.
