Naftogaz & Shell Agree On Gas Exploration Extraction Program

The two companies will cooperate on operations in the Dniprovsko-Donetska depression. The results of geological exploration in the depression indicate that there are significant reserves of natural gas, but development will require using the most modern and up-to-date scientific equipment. The Dniprovsko-Donetska depression accounts for over 80% of hydrocarbon extraction in Ukraine.
