At the bank’s EGMon April 20, 2006 Megabank’s shareholders decided to increase the bank’s share capital by USD 12.9 mln (+130%) to USD 22.8 mln. The bank will issue 64,896,233 common shares at par value of USD 0.198. The subscription period for the new share issue is June 12, 2006 through June 28, 2006. All shareholders as of April 20, 2006 will be allowed to subscribe at par value.
