Megabank AGM Drops Charter Fund Increase from Agenda

At their AGM on April 22, Megabank (MEGA: BUY) shareholders excluded from their agenda a scheduled vote on a 20% charter fund increase to USD 47.5 mln. Shareholders approved reinvestment of 2007 net income (USD 4.8 mln).
