Ukrsotsbank Decides on 176% Share Capital Increase

According to Ukrainian News, shareholders of Ukrsotsbank (USCB: BUY) approved a USD 129 mln share capital increase at their AGM on April 17. The bank will issue 6.5 bln new shares at par, to bring the total number of shares to 10.2 bln, boosting total share capital to about USD 200 mln. Subscription is scheduled for June 4-June 27 and the ex-right date is June 4.
