Ukrgazbank Might Place Shares with Portfolio Investors in 4Q07

Ukrgazbank (UGZB) President Vadim Lyashko said yesterday that the bank was planning to increase its share capital by a minimum of 25% to push the total to over USD 100 mln during 4Q07. Lyashko said the Ukrgazbank was considering placing about 15-20% of its share capital with portfolio investors during the additional share issue.
