Kherson Refinery Barely Breaks Even In 2004

The company finished 2004 with a lean net income of USD 0.004 mn, compared with a net income of USD 0.673 in 2003. The AGM voted to pay no dividends for 2004. At the same time, the company’s sales grew 32.7%, to USD 27.6 mn.
