Kryukiv Wagon Approves Dividend Payout

At its AGM on April 13, Kryukiv Wagon (KVBZ) approved a dividend payout of USD 0.34 mln (DPS of USD 0.003 and dividend yield of 0.1%) of its 2006 net profits (about USD 18.3 mln), according to Interfax. The dividends will be paid in 2Q07. Last week, Kryukiv Wagon announced solid 1Q07 production numbers, which indicate it is on the way to a rebound after a disappointing 2006.
