Stakhanov Ferroalloy (SFER) Will Pay No 2004 Dividends

The company’s AGM decided not to pay 2004 dividends, as SFER was a loss-making company last year. The company’s profit before tax was a negative USD5.6 mn in 2004, while dollar output grew 56.5% yoy to USD 66.8 mn. The company’s management said downtime in September 2003 to March 2004 was the reason for the losses incurred in 2003?2004.
