Zakarpatoblenergo To Pay Dividends

Zakarpatoblenergo (ZOEN: SELL) has reported its 2005 results: net revenue of USD 54 mln (12% growth yoy), net income of USD 0.53 mln (compared to the same amount of net losses in 2004). ZOEN’s AGM decided to pay off dividends equal to 40% of 2005’s net income (DPS = USD 0.004, dividend yield = 1.7%). Concorde Capital: The company remains one of the least efficient in the Ukrainian energy sector, with large levels of electricity losses and low payment collection. Still, the company has significantly improved its performance over the last two years, as its positive net income shows.
