Chernivtsioblenergo to Pay USD 48.3 ths in Dividends

At their AGM yesterday, Chernivtsioblenergo (CHEN: U/R) shareholders voted to direct 15% of the company’s 2007 net income (USD 48.3 ths) into dividends, Interfax reports. DPS is USD 0.0004, dividend yield 0.04%.
