Khartsyzk Pipe AGM Votes To Pay 95% Of Company’s 2006 Profits In Dividends

At their AGM yesterday Khartsyzk Pipe’s (HRTR: U/R) shareholders voted to pay out 95% of the company’s USD 77.9 mln 2006 profits as dividends, or a dividend yield of 7%. The ex-dividend date was not given.
