Donbaskabel Raises its EBITDA Fourfold in 2007

Alexander Paraschiy: The company significantly beat our forecasts for EBITDA (by 1.9 times) and net income (by 3.6 times), while reported 15% lower net revenue than we estimated. We relate the significant improvement in its bottom line to the efficient cost optimization policy of Sevkabel, the new owner of Donbaskabel, and expect continued progress in 2008.
