FUIB to Issue Local Bonds for UAH 300 mln

First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) will issue Series B local bonds for UAH 300 mln (USD 59.4 mln), Interfax reports. Proceeds will be used to increase the bank’s loan portfolio. 3-year bonds of FUIB will have a coupon of 13.5% for the first and second coupon periods and will be placed from April 11 to July 15. FUIB ranks thirteenth in Ukraine with total assets of USD 2.75 bln. Bank belongs to SCM Group.
