UkrGazEnergo Fails to Hold AGM due to Lack of Quorum

UkrGazEnergo’s AGM on April 1 failed to take place as scheduled, as representatives of RosUkrEnergo, 50% shareholder in the company, did not register to participate. The AGM was initiated by Naftogaz of Ukraine. The agenda of the shareholder meeting included distribution of 2006-2007 net income, electing new representatives to the supervisory board, audit commission and board of directors; Naftogaz of Ukraine’s price for gas; and the gas balance in 2008.
