According to Interfax, Kvadrat Shopping Center on Perova blvd in Kyiv developed by XXI Century (XXIC LN: BUY) will be put into operation on March 29, 2008. The center includes supermarket, movie theater, food court, retail space for gallery and parking; its total area amounts to 40 ths m2.
