AFI Development to Enter the Ukrainian Market

According to Interfax, Russian AFI Development Company (AFID LI: N/R), established by Africa Israel group, is about to enter the Ukrainian market. The company already acquired 110 ha of land out of total 400 ha needed for construction of a multifunctional complex in Boryspil. Construction could take seven to 10 years. AFI Development is one of the leaders on the Russian real estate market. In April 2007 it raised USD 1.4 bln via an IPO on the London Stock Exchange. The current company’s MCap is USD 4.4 bln.
