Zaporizhyaoblenergo to Pay USD 578 ths in Dividends

Shareholders of Zaporizhyaoblenergo (ZAON: SELL) decided to pay USD 578 ths(15% of 2007 net income)individends at their AGM yesterday. This implies DPS of USD 0.003 per share, yield of 0.09%. Shareholders decided to direct USD 3.1 mln (80% of earnings) into development, and USD 192 ths (5% of earnings) to the company’s reserve fund.
