The AGM of Vinnitsaoblenergo (VIEN: HOLD) decided to direct 40% of net income of 2005 to pay dividends. The total amount of dividends to be paid is USD 0.3 mln. Concorde Capital: This corresponds to USD 0.1 dividends per share, or 1.4% dividend yield.
