Khartsivsky Pipe Plant (HRTR) To Issue New Shares

HRTR announced at its AGM today that it will increase its charter fund by USD 18.8 mn by issuing 2 bn ordinary shares at face value of USD 0.2675. The ex-rights date for the shares is today, 21 March 2005. First stage of the subscription will be 10-25 May and the second subscription will be issued 26-27 May
