KDD Group to Sell Apartments in Kyiv PecherSky Project in April

According to Interfax, Ukrainian developer KDD Group (KDDG LN: N/R) plans to start selling apartments in residential complex Kyiv PecherSky in April 2008, KDD Group President Peter Slipetz told Interfax. The total area of the complex is 50 ths m2, and the price per square meter will start at EUR 4,500 (USD 7,090). The project is scheduled to be commissioned at the end of 2009.
