American IBE Trade Company Sells 24.95% Of RivneAzot

IBE will end its cooperation with RivneAzot, as the plant requires significant capital investments, which IBE says are unjustified. The new owner of the shares was not disclosed. RAAM Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH (Austria), affiliated with the Raiffeisen group, owns 53.86% of RivneAzot.
