Rada Blocks Privatization Of Nikopol Ferroalloy.

The Verkhovna Rada voted to ban the privatization of the government’s 50+1 stake in Nikopol Ferroalloy (NFER: SELL) yesterday. Concorde Capital: On February 9 the Rada also voted to ban NFER’s privatization but the President vetoed this law. We expect all questions surrounding NFER to be resolved after the new government is formed in April.
